Well folks I haven't learned my lesson. Notes didn't publish. We will get them done in clas tomorrow. Sorry!

Welcome Back

The fourth quarter starts today. We are nine weeks from the end of your 6th grade year. We will continue to focus on developing skills in math to help students become algebra ready.

As we get back to work, chapter 6 is ending. The students will take the chapter 6 exam on Wednesday, March 30. Today in class they will complete an exercise dealing with the coordinate plane. The review assignment for the chapter is Pgs. 285-287 #1-35 in the textbook.

Assignments From This Week

This is what we have been working on in class this week. Students will have a quiz over this material tomorrow (3/11). We will continue moving through chapter 6 next week, but there will be no quiz the Friday before spring break. Next Friday is also the end of Q3 and any quiz retakes, or overdue HW must be submitted by then. Both classes completed 6.1 B, Period 1 completed 6.2 B and Period 2 completed 6.2 A.
