I wanted to post and make you all aware of a new video series on youtube. The lessons presented here are directly from the Big Ideas curriculum. He covers the exact topics we cover and many times he uses the examples from our book. It should be a great resource for students.

Here are the notes and lessons for 5.3. Students will participate in a performance task assessment this Friday rather than a traditional quiz. The task will be cooking using ratios, rather than recipes.
